目前,國內外變頻空調壓縮機大多采用內嵌式永磁同步電機,其控制難度主要有2點:一是應對不同電機廠家之間差異化的參數設計,二是應對國內外市場復雜的供電電源狀況。本項目對影響永磁同步電機控制系統的內、外部參數分別進行了深入研究,有效解決了由電機參數差異及外部電源變化帶來的空調整機問題,大幅提升了產品的能效與可靠性、降低了產品噪聲。由于本項目所發明的多項關鍵技術填補了行業空白,直接形成多條企業產品賣點,實現海信空調2014~2015年新增產值140,097萬元,新增利潤16436萬元,新增稅收1895萬元。另外,由于自適應控制的多項關鍵技術,大大降低市場維修成本,保守估計,每年節約維修成本200萬元以上。本項目榮獲“2015年山東省科技創新獎三等獎”。

Currently, air-conditioning frequency variable compressor mostly uses interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), whose control difficulties are different parameters design in various motor factories and complicated power supply situation in domestic and foreign markets.
This project studies in depth the inner and outer parameters which have effects on PMSM control system, and effectively solves the problem caused by different motor parameters and outer power supply’s variation. Energy efficiency and reliability are dramatically improved with noises decreased.
A number of key technology inventions fill gaps of the field, forming multiple selling points. In 2014-2015, the company newly added output value of 1,400.97 million yuan, profits of 164.36 million yuan, taxes of 18.95 million yuan. Further, benefited from these achievements, market maintenance cost are highly reduced, with a conservative estimation of saving more than 2 million yuan annually.
This project wins the third prize of 2015 Shandong Province Science and Technology Innovation Award.
